Dengan ketinggian haya 149 cm atau 4″11, penyanyi yang dikenali melalui program Akademi Fantasia, Amylea Azizan mengakui mudah nampak gemuk jika berat badan bertambah. Justeru, untuk tampil lebih anggun, dia berusaha menurunkan berat badannya.

Terdahulu, Amylea pernah berkongsi mengenai berat badannya yang pernah mencapai 61.5 kg. Namun selepas mengamalkan diet yang sangat ketat dalam masa sebulan, dia berjaya turun berat badan kepada 53 kg. Pun begitu, ianya tidak kekal lama kerana beratnya naik kembali hingga mencapai 56.6 kg dalam masa beberapa bulan.

Dapatkan nasihat jurulatih

Tidak mahu terus mengalami pertambahan berat badan, Amylea kemudian mendapatkan khidmat jurulatih. Sejak Ogos 2018, Amylea mendapatkan panduan daripada jurulatih dan dia turun 3 kg pada Oktober. Hanya dalam masa dua bulan sahaja. Namun yang lebih menggembirakan penyanyi ini ialah jumlah kurang inci yang nampak ketara.

And from 56.6kg i start working out with my trainer from August, and this is the latest result. In October i only lost about 3kgs. But inches loss is visible and most importantly i feel so much better.

Badan rasa ringan

Turun berat badan dan kurang inci pada badan melalui tip yang diajarkan oleh jurulatih nampaknya menggembirakan. Amylea mengakui ini hasil melalui usaha 3 hingga 4 kali seminggu work out di gimnasium, 1 atau 2 kali seminggu bermain badminton dan jaga makan.

Antara yang diamalkan adalah makan salad, minum minuman fibre tiap malam, kurangkan pengambilan gula termasuklah makanan manis. Amylea turut berhenti makan makanan segera. Nasi digantikan dengan capati, tosai, salad dan oat. Minuman pula hanya teh hijau.

Badan rasa ringan , kuat & i feel healthy. Honestly this is a result of gym (3-4x a week) Badminton( 1-2x a week) dan i also jaga makan.. continuously feed myself Salads, drink fibre every night, i cut off sugary & sweet food ( but not totally cuz i also snack on snickers to get energy to work out)
Cut off fast food and NASI. Thru out 2-3 months ni, i had so much of capati, tandoori, tosai, salads, oats, GREEN TEA ( every single day).
I took care of my sleep ( 6-8hours) so i am able to wake up to do work outs.
Sauna & Steam room..

Buat berperingkat, bukan drastik

Well the activities quite handful and endless, tapi.. i did not do it all at once, sy increase effort sikit demi sikit, bila dh larat buat yg baru tambah yg baru.
Buat sy lebih berdisiplin dan tak pressure.
Masa first month i just do work out dan x jaga sgt makan, after 2nd month i dh start jaga and add on badminton, little by little u will do it on your own secara automatik. Thanks to my trainer @hazzaje and of course friends punya support .

So thats my story, diet dulu sampai kurang berat so my knees can take heavy work out, then baru start gym secara focus. I have a long long way to go still.
